Dr. Ashley is the Owner and Chiropractor at Hello Chiropractic. She lives in Fairfield, IA with her amazing husband Julian, and dog Creed. Her kiddo’s Diamond, Sydney and Jordan have just recently made them empty nesters but will definitely be home for all of the holidays.
Dr. Ashley has always had an underlying passion for health which became readily apparent while in college. A series of fortunate events unexpectedly lead her to become a Chiropractor. She has always had a fascination with understanding WHY things happen and how they FIT into the bigger picture. She planned on using these personality traits to be the best family lawyer and to help families navigate the challenging family court system but… through an interesting turn of events, including an injury as a gymnast, a pretty severe car accident and a neurodivergent daughter, her path turned to a neurological approach to healthcare that changed her life, the life of her daughter and ultimately the life of her son.
You see, the reason Dr. Ashley has always had a passion for health is because she thoroughly understands what it’s like not to have it. Although she had an amazing childhood, the large majority of it was spent in a lot of pain from a serious concussion from an injury in gymnastics. Interestingly enough, this is WHY Dr. Ashley serves the population that she does. She FULLY understands all the struggles associated with chronically injured, sick and stressed kids, and she wants to help them avoid that lifestyle.
As Dr. Ashley began to peel back all the layers of her childhood, she discovered that her story was eerily similar to the ones parents were telling her in the office about their children. Her daughters story was also becoming a common experience by patients.

HER SON’S STORY
She knew better from her first birth experience and chose a midwife without birth interventions. Even so, he was born with the cord wrapped tightly around his neck. He was adjusted immediately after the cord was removed and he took his first deep breath and started crying. His color normalized.
He was very successful throughout elementary school and Jr. High. He was bullied in 8th grade and suffered a brain injury followed by an aneurysm (stroke).
After brain surgery, Dr. Ashley adjusted him and his consciousness came back, his sensory perception drastically enhanced, his pain level decreased and his improvement was well above expectation.
Dr. Ashley has never been satisfied with the status quo, and has always strived to go the extra step to ensure endless improvement. Although her childhood story of endless stress and sickness is increasingly common with children these days, it is far from normal. Once Dr. Ashley learned about the immense benefits Chiropractic has to offer children that have these struggles, she knew the direction her career had to take.
It is a personal mission for Dr. Ashley to help pull kids in the Southeastern Iowa Community, out of this vicious cycle of stress and sickness so they (and their families) can live their best lives possible.
